At the beginning of special tool projects, 3D CAD files and 2D technical drawings related with the parts to be machined are inspected for dimensional tolerances and technical requirements. Following inspection, tool material and cutting inserts are being selected and a written quote is delivered.
After approval of quotations, design of tool is being done in 3D CAD environment and 2D technical drawings are prepared. Following turning operations, tool bodies are being cut on our 4-axis CNC vertical machining center. After machining, tools are being tested for dimensional tolerances. Tools pass this step are being sent to heat treatment and finally laser marking before delivery.

In part machining projects 3D CAD files and 2D technical drawings, delivered by our customers, are inspected for dimensional tolerances and technical requirements. After inspection planning for manufacturing is done, raw stock materials are ordered. All fixtures which are to be used for machining being designed and manufactured within our company.
Machining operations are performed on our CNC vertical machining centers, after CAM files are prepared. As the machining operations are completed parts are measured and checked if they are qualified or not with 2D technical drawings. After dimensional and quality controls are made finished parts are packed and delivered. On our CNC vertical machining centers, we can machine all types of materials such as steels, aluminum, etc.
