After machining completed, prototypes are being finished by our experienced team for secondary operations such as painting. Prototypes which can be painted and plated, represents same properties with the serial production parts and can be used for R&D works, engineering tests and marketing purposes.

For prototyping any raw stock material in the form as rod and plate are being used. Materials being used includes ABS, PMMA, POM, PTFE, PUR Blocks, Aluminum, Steel, Copper, Brass etc.

In addition to machining prototypes, we are also fabricating prototypes of sheet metal parts by using aluminum, inox, steel, stainless steel materials. Manufacturing drawings of sheet metal prototypes are being prepared within our company. Laser cutting and bending operations are being performed under our supervision by 3rd party contractors. Secondary mechanical operations as welding, tapping and embossing are again done by our team. Depending request of our customers sheet metal prototypes can be painted, powder coated or plated.
