PTC/Creo and Siemens NX CAD/CAM softwares are being used in our company.

PTC/Creo software forms the backbone of our CAD/CAM capabilities. With the help of NC production and Mold design modules we own, we are able to make mechanical design projects, design fixtures, molds and create NC production codes within same platform parametrically.

For machining and manufacturing we are employing 3 CNC vertical machining centers within our company. We are able to machine workpieces weights up to 1500kg with maximum dimensions 1630x760x760mm. After purchase of our new CNC center we are able to implement 4-axis machining processes.

Materials being used for manufacturing includes ABS, PMMA, POM, PTFE, PUR Blocks, Composites, Aluminum, Steel, Copper, Brass etc.
